A proud wife and mother of an emerging music producer, Janice’s journey began in Jamaica, where she was born and raised before migrating to the United States at the age of 16. She went on to attend the University of Massachusetts Boston, building a strong academic foundation before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the fashion industry—an experience that sharpened her eye for design, presentation, and lifestyle-driven value.

 

Her introduction to real estate came through residential leasing, where she quickly developed a passion for property, investment strategy, and wealth building. In 2004, Janice moved to Florida, expanding her expertise into mortgage brokerage before transitioning into a full-time real estate career.

 

With a comprehensive background in financing and real estate transactions, she brings a rare dual perspective to every client interaction—understanding both the structure of lending and the strategy behind acquisition. During the pandemic, Janice returned to hands-on investing through property rehabs and flips, reigniting her passion for real estate development and portfolio growth.
